  • Yes! Our pre-curated pieces can be personalized with names, dates, colors, or meaningful symbols. If you’d like something even more unique, we can design a piece completely from scratch.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with just a theme or feeling in mind. We’ll guide you through options, suggest materials, and create a design mock-up so you can see your vision come

    4. Once approved, your gift is handcrafted and delivered.

  • Pre-curated personalized items are usually ready within 3–5 business days. Bespoke designs can take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders may be available on request.

  • Yes. We create personalized favors for weddings, milestone events, and even branded corporate gifts. Each item can still be uniquely customized.

  • Pre-curated gifts have set prices listed on our product page. For bespoke creations, pricing depends on design, materials, and complexity. We’ll provide a clear quote before production begins.

  • Because everything is custom-made, returns for change of mind aren’t possible. But we involve you in the design process so you know what to expect. If something doesn’t match the approved proof or arrives damaged, we’ll remake or replace it.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing and using the Bespoke Treasures Emporium website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our website is hosted on Wix platform. Your data is stored through Wix’s infrastructure and is processed in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.

Users agree not to disrupt or interfere with the website's operations and to provide accurate information when placing orders. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content on the website is owned by Bespoke Treasures Emporium. Intellectual property rights to user-customized content in orders remain with the user, though Bespoke Treasures Emporium is granted a license to use the content for order fulfillment purposes. 

6. Third-Party Products 

Bespoke Treasures Emporium is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any third-party products included in our gift boxes. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

Bespoke Treasures Emporium is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including those resulting from the misuse of products, particularly those containing alcohol.

We do not take responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies on our website or in product descriptions. 

9. Payment 

We accept various payment methods. Items once purchased and fulfilled are non refundable.
